dc.description	The present investigation is directed to the study of the social factors that affect the tourist development in the hill Cacharí of the city of Babahoyo, of the Province of Los Ríos. This focuses on the tourist development of the place through techniques that identify the social factors that affect tourism development and that the site is not visited by tourists. And so, there is a complete lack of knowledge of the natural, historical and cultural wealth of the Cacharí hill. It is important to highlight that the most important social factor affecting the tourism development of the place is crime, which prevents tourists from visiting and enjoying the place, for fear of being physically and psychologically affected. This can improve with the police reinforcement of the competent entities such as the national police and their continuous patrols in the sector, including continuous meetings and motivational talks to the inhabitants of this town. The topics to be discussed would be about community tourism and this will allow the development of tourism activities that generate income and profitability for the inhabitants of the Cerro Cacharí sector. Finally, it is important to mention the situations detected in the development of the case study and the recommendations to improve the tourist development of Cerro Cacharí and be recognized by national and international tourists as a tourist destination to visit.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación va direccionada al estudio de los factores sociales que afectan el desarrollo turístico en el cerro Cacharí de la ciudad de Babahoyo, de la Provincia de Los Ríos. Esta enfoca en el desarrollo turístico del lugar mediante técnicas que identifiquen los factores sociales que afectan el desarrollo turístico y que el sitio no sea visitado por los turistas. Y exista así un completo desconocimiento conozcan de la riqueza natural, histórica y cultural que posee el cerro Cacharí. Es importante destacar que el factor social de mayor relevancia que afectan el desarrollo turístico del lugar es la delincuencia, que impide que los turistas puedan visitar y disfrutar del lugar, por temor de ser afectados física y psicológicamente. Esto puede mejorar con el refuerzo policial de las entidades competentes como la policía nacional y sus patrullajes continuos en el sector, incluyendo reuniones continuas y charlas motivacionales a los habitantes de esta localidad. Los temas a tratar serian sobre turismo comunitario y esto permitirá el desarrollo de actividades turísticas que generará rentabilidad e ingresos para los habitantes del sector Cerro Cacharí. Por último, es importante mencionar las situaciones detectadas en el desarrollo del estudio del caso y las recomendaciones para mejorar el desarrollo turístico del cerro Cacharí y sea reconocido por turistas nacionales e internacionales como un destino turístico a visitar.	es_ES
