dc.description	Ecuador is located northwest of South America, bounded on the north by the neighboring country of Colombia, on the south and east by the Republic of Peru and on the west by the Pacific Ocean, the equator was born from the 1830s in the skirts of the Pichincha, getting rid of the Spanish yoke. Owner of extensive fauna, flora and cultural diversity, its capital is Quito which was declared by UNESCO as a world heritage site, it is a country with a territorial extension of approximately 283,560 km², characterized by having 4 regions with different environments, called it the country of the 4 worlds with so much to offering, with a unique and incomparable richness and biodiversity in a world in constant evolution considered as an indisputably tourist country. About the tourist offer that exists in the country, there are different kinds of tourism according to the market segment which are related to the needs of the currently tourist demand. To make a study of tourist accessibility or accessible tourism at the hotel business segment in the city of Babahoyo is to offer a new option to improve the service and to provide a new demand for tourists. The lack of knowledge of what is accessible tourism at national, regional and local level is observed in detail the limited services to a certain extent for people with disabilities in their infrastructure not yet diversified, reasons for which the present investigation has focused on making a comprehensive study of accessibility in the hotel business segment in Babahoyo city with the aim of improving services and generating and increasing options according to tourism demand. With the elaboration of this research work, it is concluded that accessible tourism is a feasible option for the development of tourism activity in Babahoyo city, by the way to the Province. Cause to this, there is an urgent necessity to develop an accessibility model to the hotel business segment in the city of Babahoyo, for the benefit of people with reduced mobility with basic customer service recommendations and to be able to provide an innovative and up-to-date service for the purpose to meet the needs of the new market segment.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Ecuador se encuentra ubicado al noroeste de américa del sur, limita al norte con el vecino país de Colombia, al sur y este con la república del Perú y al oeste con el Océano Pacifico, el ecuador nace a partir de los de los años 1830 en las faldas del Pichincha, librándose del yugo español. Poseedor de extensa fauna, flora y diversidad cultural, su capital es Quito la misma que fue declarado por la UNESCO como patrimonio de la humanidad, es un país con una extensión territorial de aproximadamente 283.560 km², caracterizado por poseer 4 regiones con climas distintos, denominándolo el país de los 4 mundos con tanto que ofrecer, con una riqueza y biodiversidad única e inigualable en el mundo en constante evolución considerado como un país indiscutiblemente turístico. En lo que concierne a la oferta turística que existe en el país, hay distintos tipos de turismo de acuerdo al segmento de mercado las cuales se encuentran relacionadas con las necesidades de la demanda de turistas actual. Hacer un estudio de accesibilidad turística o de un Turismo accesible a nivel de la planta hotelera de la ciudad de Babahoyo es brindar una nueva opción para que se mejore el servicio y se pueda proveer a una nueva demanda de turistas. El desconocimiento de lo que es Turismo accesible a nivel de nacional, regional y local se observa detalladamente las limitadas prestaciones de servicios hasta cierto punto para personas con discapacidad en su infraestructura aun no diversificada, razones por las cuales la presente investigación se ha centrado en realizar un estudio exhaustivo de la accesibilidad en la planta hotelera de la ciudad de Babahoyo con el objetivo de mejorar los servicios y generar e incrementar opciones de acuerdo a la demanda turística Con la elaboración del presente trabajo investigativo se llega a concluir que el Turismo accesible es una opción factible para el desarrollo de La actividad Turística en la ciudad de Babahoyo y por ende de la Provincia Debido a esto surge la imperiosa necesidad de elaborar un modelo de accesibilidad para la planta hotelera de la ciudad de Babahoyo, en beneficio de las personas con movilidad reducida con recomendaciones básicas de atención al cliente y poder brindar un servicio innovador y actualizado, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades de la nueva Segmentación de mercado.	es_ES
