It symbolizes the place where this case study was made with the theme: INDEX OF LIABILITY OF THE SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE SAN ANTONIO LTDA. UNION AGENCY, determined in the Management sub-line of the Accounting information, which has been considered very important because it concerns the non-payment of the debt by the members who have accessed Credits. For the progress of this case study, it was determined to take management into consideration regarding the internal control that is being carried out in the Credit Department and Charges respectively, prior to the granting of credits to partners that require it, that is, the customer's situational analysis, their ability to pay and the destination of the credit, which It is considered to be inciting badly granted credits, therefore an increase in the rate of delinquency, past due portfolio and bad debts. In addition to this, the necessary follow-up and that is why there is a low recovery of the portfolio, generating a delay in complying with its acquired obligations as an entity and a lack of liquidity that consequently is increasing, for it the due analysis was carried out regarding the implementation of the Manual of Credit Policies and Procedures and Collections For this reason, this investigation was carried out in order to establish exactly the irregularities that are committed by those who work in said Department | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Antonio Ltda., es una empresa que se dedica a brindar servicios financieros para aportar al desarrollo y por ende a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad en general, estimulando a su vez la virtud del ahorro en la sociedad. La misma simboliza el lugar donde se realizó este caso de estudio con el tema: INDICE DE MOROSIDAD DE LA COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO SAN ANTONIO LTDA. AGENCIA LA UNIÓN, determinado en la sublínea Gestión de la Información Contable, la cual se ha considerado de suma relevancia porque concierne al impago de la deuda por parte de los socios que han accedido a Créditos. Para el avance de este caso práctico, se determinó tomar en consideración la gestión en cuanto al control interno que se está realizando en el Departamento de Créditos y Cobranzas respectivamente previo al otorgamiento de créditos a socios que así lo requieran, es decir el análisis situacional del cliente, su capacidad de pago y destino del crédito, lo que se considera está incitando a créditos mal otorgados, por ende un incremento en el índice de morosidad, cartera vencida y cuentas incobrables. Adicional a ello no se realiza el seguimiento necesario y por esto se tiene una baja recuperación de cartera, generando así un retraso para cumplir con sus obligaciones adquiridas como entidad y una falta de liquidez que consecuentemente va aumentando, para ello se realizó el debido análisis respecto a la implementación del Manual de Políticas y Procedimientos de Créditos y Cobranzas.
