| dc.description | The present case study is undoubtedly a subject that allows analyzing and evidencing the process of financial management of the past due portfolio for the rendering of services in the National Telecommunications Corporation CNT EP of Babahoyo, this public company it has strengthened in the national market and consolidated as a strategic partner of Ecuador. This research work is done to learn more about the development of the collection process of the past due portfolio based on information obtained about the recovery of public resources, to determine the degree of compliance in relation to the goals of the company. The research methods used are deductive and descriptive. Due to the performing calculations to obtain the collection amounts of the overdue portfolio extrajudicial. The verbal interview to those responsible for the collections area to certain customers in order to obtain answers and relative information in relation to the proposed topic or problem. It is necessary to mention the limitations within the analysis of the research where Emphasis is placed on the process of recovering the overdue portfolio in judicial instances, because this study goes from the moment the service is suspended telecommunications until exhaustion of the out-of-court past due portfolio. The process Coactivo covers the legal scope for the recovery of public resources. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso es sin duda un tema que permite analizar y evidenciar el proceso de gestión financiera de la cartera vencida por prestación de servicios en la Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones CNT EP de Babahoyo, esta empresa pública se ha fortalecido en el mercado nacional y consolidado como socia estratégica del Ecuador. Este trabajo de investigación se lo realiza para conocer con mayor profundidad el desarrollo del proceso de recaudación de la cartera vencida en base a información obtenida acerca de la recuperación de los recursos públicos, para determinar el grado de cumplimiento en relación a las metas de la empresa. Los métodos de investigación empleados son el deductivo y descriptivo. Debido a la realización de cálculos para obtener los montos de recaudación de la cartera vencida extrajudicial. La entrevista verbal a los responsables del área de cobranzas a determinados clientes a fin de obtener respuestas e información relativa en relación al tema o problema propuesto. Es necesario mencionar las limitaciones dentro del análisis de la investigación donde se hace énfasis al proceso de recuperación de la cartera vencida en instancias judiciales, debido a que este estudio va desde el momento que se suspende el servicio de telecomunicaciones hasta el agotamiento de la cartera vencida extrajudicial. El proceso coactivo abarca el ámbito legal para la recuperación de los recursos públicos. Un aspecto significativo es la línea de investigación siendo la gestión de información contable por medio del cual se ha realizado este estudio en relación a los objetivos del Plan del Buen vivir. | es_ES |
