| dc.description | Within our country, the advance of technology, although still limited, shows growth in investments in the technological field. The majority of state institutions, supported by e-government policies, have improved the infrastructure of their networks by applying quality and safety standards indicated in the ISO standards. Public service companies have now expanded their offer, expanding their coverage in the same way. This has involved large investments in network and communications infrastructure, maintaining these networks and links in optimal conditions. "The importance of network monitoring in the process of implementing any business solution is a fundamental component often ignored by those involved, which means an important omission with negative repercussions, such as the increase in unforeseen costs, the decrease in level of organizational service and the deterioration of the work environment ". (World Contact, 2014) The present work shows the development of the technical functionality analysis of the communication support system in the matrix of CNEL EP Los Ríos Business Unit and how it can be applied in the agencies in charge of this Business Unit. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de nuestro país el avance de la tecnología, aunque aún es limitado, presenta crecimiento en inversiones en el ámbito tecnológico. La mayoría de las instituciones del estado, apoyadas por las políticas de gobierno electrónico, han mejorado la infraestructura de sus redes aplicando estándares de calidad y seguridad indicadas en las normas ISO. Las empresas de servicios públicos en la actualidad han ampliado su oferta, ampliando de igual manera la cobertura de las mismas. Esto ha implicado grandes inversiones en infraestructura de redes y comunicaciones, debiendo mantener estas redes y enlaces en óptimas condiciones. “La importancia del monitoreo de red en el proceso de implementación de cualquier solución de negocios es un componente fundamental muchas veces ignorado por los involucrados, lo cual significa una importante omisión con repercusiones negativas, como son el aumento de costos no previstos, la disminución del nivel de servicio organizacional y el deterioro del ambiente laboral”. (Mundo Contact, 2014) El presente trabajo muestra el desarrollo del análisis de funcionalidad técnica del sistema de respaldo de comunicación en la matriz de CNEL EP Unidad de Negocios Los Ríos y como puede ser aplicado en las agencias a cargo de esta Unidad de Negocios. | es_ES |
