| dc.description | The present study aimed to determine how resilience influences as a coping strategy in patients with chronic renal failure who undergo hemodialysis in Dial-Ríos, Vinces. In order to carry out this work, a previous investigation was made of the patients' situation, in relation to their treatment, frequency of the same, everything that entails the same (diet, care, etc) and collaboration of the patients to maintain stable their state Health. To carry out the research, a group of 118 patients was taken as a sample for the application of the instruments, these were: the questionnaire of perception of the disease and a survey, the results were interpreted by means of the analysis of each question both of the questionnaire and of The survey and then established the respective conclusions and recommendations. Once the analysis of the study was carried out, it was concluded that the resilience positively influences the patients and helps them to have a better perception of their situation, then a proposal was elaborated as a result of the investigated, to solve the problem raised in Research and collaborate with the improvement of the quality of life of the patient. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo estaba dirigido a determinar de qué manera influye la resiliencia como una estrategia de afrontamiento en los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica que se realizan hemodiálisis en Dial-Ríos, Vinces. Para realizar este trabajo se hizo una indagación previa de la situación de los pacientes, en relación a su tratamiento, frecuencia del mismo, todo lo que conlleva el mismo (dieta, cuidado, etc) y colaboración de los pacientes para mantener estable su estado de salud. Para ejecutar la investigación se tomó un grupo de 118 pacientes como muestra para la aplicación de los instrumentos, estos fueron: el cuestionario de percepción de la enfermedad y una encuesta, los resultados se interpretaron por medio del análisis de cada pregunta tanto del cuestionario como de la encuesta y luego se establecieron las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones. Una vez hecho el análisis del estudio realizado se concluyó que la resiliencia influye de forma positiva en los pacientes y los ayuda a tener una mejor percepción de su situación, luego se elaboró una propuesta como resultado de los investigado, para dar solución al problema planteado en la investigación y colaborar con el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida del paciente. | es_ES |
