| dc.description | The present research project focuses on the effect of administrative and financial management with the quality of services of the District Directorate of Education 12D01 Babahoyo, Baba and Montalvo. Research was done on the international, national and local influence of administrative and financial management, showing the way in which it can influence the quality of service. A literature review was carried out that was relevant to the research points that were: administrative - financial management and quality of service. Each one of the subjects was shown in a detailed way, but limiting information and only with the direct relation with the subject of study so that there was a clear understanding of the points that are treated. Another method of gathering information was the surveys, which were directed to administrative personnel, academics, students and parents of families. | dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación se centra en el efecto de la gestión administrativa y financiera con la calidad de servicios de la Dirección Distrital de Educación 12D01 Babahoyo, Baba y Montalvo. Se hizo investigación de la influencia internacional, nacional y local de la gestión administrativa y financiera mostrando la manera en la que puede influenciar en la calidad de servicio. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura que era relevante para los puntos de investigación que fueron: gestión administrativa – financiera y calidad de servicio. Cada uno de los temas fue mostrado de manera detallada, pero limitando información y únicamente con la relación directa con el tema de estudio de forma que se tuviera una comprensión clara de los puntos que se tratan. Se aplicó entrevista al Director Distrital de Educación a los Directores de Colegios. Otro método de recolección de información fueron las encuestas el cual fue dirigida al personal administrativo, académicos, estudiantes y padres de familias. Con el fin de conocer cuál es su opinión en cuanto a la gestión administrativa - financiera y la calidad de servicio que ofrece los colegio y la Dirección Distrital de Educación. Gracias al análisis de los resultados se puede determinar ¿Qué se va hacer? ¿Cómo se va hacer? ¿Para qué se va hacer? Posterior a presentar la propuesta y los resultados de la alternativas sugeridas. | es_ES |
