| dc.description | The evolution of technology from the early forties of human history, a surprising impulse due to the design and progressive admiration for machines called computers, through the area of learning domain, relatively. (Tobar, 2010) In recent years, with technological advances digital documents and expectations of document management have changed respectively. At the moment electronic document management is very convenient in terms of improving work processes, and in the combination of knowledge between instances, thus allowing organizations to acquire real possibilities for change. (Navarro, Reynalde, & Nadya Elida, 2014) One of the main difficulties that are presented in the Faculty of Education Sciences is the mismanagement of the documentation of the students since there is a lot of information loss at the moment of the information search, with the investigation we can say that there is the need to make a case study for the improvement and thus give an adequate solution. The extraordinary versatility of computing in all fields of human activity, as well as its progressive information, have made it possible for them to cross the threshold of the great centers of calculation to become the obligatory tool of the great student public in this modern society in which we develop. At the Technical University of Babahoyo activities are carried out every day, documents are handled in a row, so the increase in the use of paper is considered by what new students enter and the procedures to be performed are several. All this requires the use of paper, with the document management system improves all the services offered to the students and teachers of the Faculty of Social Juridical Sciences and Education. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La evolución que ha tenido la tecnología de los orígenes de los años cuarenta de la historia humana, un impulso sorprendente debido al diseño y la progresiva admiración por maquinas llamadas computadoras, mediante el área de dominio de aprendizaje, relativamente. (Tobar, 2010) En estos últimos años, con el avance tecnológico los documentos digitales y las expectativas de la gestión documental han cambiado respectivamente. En estos momentos la gestión electrónica de documentos nos es muy conveniente en cuanto a la mejora de los procesos de trabajo, y en la combinación de conocimientos entre instancias, logrando así que las organizaciones adquieran verdaderas posibilidades de cambio. (Navarro, Reynalde, & Nadya Elida, 2014) Unas de las principales dificultades que se presentan en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación, es el mal manejo de la documentación de los estudiantes ya que existe mucha perdida de información al momento de la búsqueda de información, con lo investigado podemos decir que hay la necesidad de realizar un caso de estudio para el mejoramiento y así darle una solución adecuada. La extraordinaria versatilidad de la informática en todo los campos de la actividad humana , así como su progresiva información , han hecho posible el que traspasaran el umbral de los grandes centros de cálculo para convertirse en la herramienta obligada del gran público estudiantil en esta sociedad moderna en la que nos desarrollamos. En la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo realizan actividades todos los días se manejan documentos seguidos es así que el incremento del uso del papel es considerado por lo que ingresan nuevos alumnos a estudiar y los tramites a realizarse son varios todo esto requiere el uso del papel, con el sistema de gestión documental se mejora todos los servicios que se le ofrece a los alumnos y docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas Sociales y de la Educación. | es_ES |
