| dc.description | This work reaffirms the importance that has the motivation for the successful development of the classes of English. It is fruit of the pedagogical necessity by one of the authors and must like objective propose routes that motivate to the educational one of English to the best exercise of their educative work, so that this it as well uses that indispensable average motivation as in the design of classes based on the reality of his students. The implementation of a factory with character sets out that they contribute to elevate the degree of interest by the novel thing in the education area and serves as with the professional self-esteem. The author tries to offer a positive alternative to the problematic one detected in the center of application and to optimize therefore the positive attitude of the professors at the time of giving the classes, and therefore, the attitude of the students as opposed to the language. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo reafirma la importancia que tiene la motivación para el desarrollo exitoso de las clases de inglés. Es fruto de la necesidad pedagógica vivenciada por uno de los autores y tiene como objetivo proponer vías que motiven al docente de inglés al mejor ejercicio de su labor educativa, para que este a su vez utilice esa motivación como medio indispensable en el diseño de clases estimuladoras basadas en la realidad de sus estudiantes. Se propone la implementación de un taller con carácter motivacional que contribuyan a elevar el grado de interés por lo novedoso en el área de enseñanza y sirva de recuentro con la autoestima profesional. La autora pretende ofrecer una alternativa positiva a la problemática detectada en el centro de aplicación y optimizar así la actitud positiva de los profesores al momento de impartir las clases, y por ende, la actitud de los estudiantes frente al idioma. | es_ES |
