| dc.description | The research work being done on the feasibility study for creating a resort that meets the recreational needs of the people of the parish San Juan Puebloviejo Cantón province of Los Ríos. Recreation demands presented by the population of this parish and the need for different options distraction that many tourists have, catapult people to direct their activities within the tourism development. The area has natural and cultural elements that engage the local recreation system, being important to the implementation of a resort in the San Juan Parish to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. Finally summarizes the main impacts of the project implementation and its chapters as: In the first chapter describes on what the issues of causes and existing effects in the parish San Juan are contextualization based on three levels macro was performed, meso and micro, the problem statement was developed, the general or basic problem, the sub-problems or derivatives and the delimitation of research, Justification that explains, why? the theme is chosen, Why? and who benefits, another important aspect is to be able to define and clarify the general and specific objectives for the job. In the second chapter the research background were made and detailed conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, philosophically also was based research, fundamental categories and the conceptual subordination of the two variables to define our research work was carried out, and finally the hypothesis. In the third chapter the methodology of work was developed, the focus, the mode of investigation, the level or type of research, the association of variables, the respective sampling plan collection, processing plan and methodology for analysis , and interpretation of results. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación que se realiza sobre el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro turístico que satisfaga las necesidades de recreación de los habitantes de la parroquia San Juan cantón Puebloviejo provincia de Los Ríos. Las exigencias de recreación que presenta la población de esta parroquia y la necesidad de diferentes opciones de distracción que muchos turistas tienen, catapultan a la población a direccionar sus actividades dentro del desarrollo turístico. La zona cuenta con elementos naturales y culturales que engranan el sistema de recreación local, siendo importante establecer la implementación de un centro turístico en la Parroquia San Juan para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes. Finalmente se resumen los principales impactos derivados de la ejecución del proyecto y sus capítulos como: En el primer capítulo se describe sobre cuáles son las problemáticas de causas y efectos existente en la parroquia San Juan, se realizó una contextualización basadas en tres niveles macro, meso y micro, se desarrolló el planteamiento del problema, el problema general o básico, los sub-problemas o derivados y la delimitación de la investigación, la Justificación que permite explicar, ¿Por qué? se escoge el tema, ¿Para qué? y a quienes beneficia, otro aspecto importante es que se pudo definir y aclarar los objetivos generales y específicos para realizar el trabajo. En el segundo capítulo se realizaron los antecedentes investigativos y detallaron algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones de las tesis, también se fundamentó filosóficamente la investigación, se desarrolló las categorías fundamentales y la subordinación conceptual de las dos variables para delimitar nuestro trabajo investigativo, y finalmente la hipótesis. En el tercer capítulo se desarrolló la metodología del trabajo, el enfoque, la modalidad de investigación, el nivel o el tipo de investigación, la asociación de variables, el muestreo respectivo, el plan de recolección, plan de procesamiento y la metodología para el análisis, e interpretación de resultados. | es_ES |
