| dc.description.abstract | La pérdida del Patrimonio Gastronómico en el Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo, provincia de los ríos, es un tema preocupante y trascendental por su importancia en el aporte del desarrollo turístico , digno de ser investigado, teniendo como objetivo determinar cuáles son las causas de su desaparición paulatina y proponer alternativas de solución, en cuanto a los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas se concluye que el problema de la desaparición se debe a la falta de conocimiento de los habitantes , así como el desinterés de las autoridades correspondientes de preservar el patrimonio gastronómico que es fundamental para el desarrollo turístico del Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo. Es aquí cuando nace el plantear como propuesta la realización de un sitio web, la que brindara información de los principales platos típicos criollos del Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo, la cual tendrá como propósito repotenciar las costumbres gastronómicas de la localidad, brindado información a los habitantes que expenden la gastronomía y los que desean dedicarse a la venta de la misma, desarrollando una imagen que permita identificar el Patrimonio Gastronómico enriqueciendo al desarrollo turístico | es_ES |
