dc.descriptionThis clinical case is of a patient of a 35-year-old female who came to the consultation because she had anxiety problems when eating, recognizing that she had a compulsive eating disorder, a poor diet with excess sweets and fast food. The nutritional value of the patient was evaluated through anthropometric, biochemical, nutritional and dietary evaluation. According to the anthropometric evaluation, the patient weighed 65 kg, was 153 cm tall and had a BMI of 27.8, which reflects overweight. Regarding her biochemical values, the patient had hemoglobin of 10 g/dL, hematocrit of 30%, serum chloride of 112.2, cholesterol of 170 mg/dL and triglycerides of 120 mg/dL. Regarding diet, the patient Eat a lot of simple carbohydrates and processed foods. A nutritional plan is recommended based on the patient's needs, totaling 1678 kcal daily, including all food groups, rich in fiber, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates to allow the patient to change their eating habits and improve their nutritional status.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso clínico es de una paciente femenina de 35 años que vino a consulta por presenta problemas de ansiedad a la hora de comer, reconociendo que presenta un trastorno depresivo e ingesta excesiva de alimentos, mantiene una mala alimentación con exceso de dulces y comida rápida. Se evaluó el valor nutricional del paciente mediante evaluación antropométrica, bioquímica, nutricional y dietética, según la evaluación antropométrica el paciente pesaba 65 kg, medía 153 cm y tenía un IMC de 27,8, lo que refleja sobrepeso. Respecto a sus valores bioquímicos, la paciente tenía hemoglobina de 10 g/dL, hematocrito de 30%, cloruro sérico de 112,2, colesterol de 170 mg/dL y triglicéridos de 120 mg/dL.En cuanto a la dieta, el paciente consume una gran cantidad de carbohidratos simples y alimentos procesados. Se recomienda un plan nutricional basado en las necesidades del paciente, totalizando 1678 kcal diarias, incluyendo todos los grupos de alimentos, ricos en fibra, grasas saludables, proteínas y carbohidratos complejos para permitir al paciente cambiar sus hábitos alimentarios y mejorar su estado nutricionalmente.es_ES
