dc.descriptionThis present includes a cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive and documentary study, about the methodological treatment of the aerobic class at the Lily GIM Gym, the importance of the results achieved through the use of theoretical and empirical methods of scientific research lies in the presentation of a diagnosis of the conditions of the gymnasium under study, as well as the methodological situation of the teacher to treat the aerobics class. The main finding achieved is the basis for carrying out a system of actions to raise the methodological level of the teacher and consequently the methodological treatment of her teaching activities. Arriving at conclusions that allow us to accept the planned working hypothesis and consequently provide scientific validity and reliability to the results achieved. Taking into account the scope of the results obtained, it can serve as a basis for carrying out larger research.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente recoge un estudio transversal, exploratorio, descriptivo y documental, acerca del tratamiento metodológico de la clase de aerobio en el Gimnasio Lily GIM, la importancia de los resultados alcanzados mediante la utilización de métodos teóricos y empíricos de la investigación científica, radica en la presentación de un diagnóstico de las condiciones del gimnasio objeto de estudio, así como de la situación metodológica de la profesora para tratar la clase de aerobio. Como principal hallazgo logrado aparece las bases para la realización de un sistema de acciones para elevar el nivel metodológico de la docente y consecuentemente el tratamiento metodológico a sus actividades docentes. Arribándose a conclusiones que permiten aceptar la hipótesis de trabajo prevista y consecuentemente proporcionarles validez y confiabilidad científica a los resultados alcanzados. Teniendo en cuenta el alcance de los resultados obtenidos puede servir de base a realización de investigaciones de mayor envergadura.es_ES
