| dc.description | The objective of the research work is to determine the impact of office tools on the work performance of graduates of the Technical University of Babahoyo during the period between October 2023 and March 2024, which is born from understanding the impact of the tools office automation in the work performance of graduates of the Technical University of Babahoyo, this includes examining how learning office tools affects the work outcomes of graduates and how these skills can be integrated more effectively. The estimated sample for the development of this project is 149 graduate students from the different faculties. The type of research was descriptive, with a mixed approach and a non-experimental research design. For this project, the survey technique was carried out in which a 10-question questionnaire was developed. With the data obtained, it was concluded that the office tools had a significant impact on the work performance of the graduate students of the Technical University of Babahoyo. It should also be noted that the mastery and use of the office tools allows us to communicate , saving time and improving productivity, achieving a great positive impact within the work environment. It is important to detail that the incorporation of office tools in graduate students is not only due to technical skills, but also to accept that there are a variety of demanding roles in the workplace. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del trabajo de investigación es determinar el impacto de las herramientas ofimáticas en el desempeño laboral de los graduados de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo durante el periodo comprendido entre octubre de 2023 y marzo de 2024, el cual nace en comprender el impacto de las herramientas ofimáticas en el desempeño laboral de los graduados de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, esto incluye examinar cómo el aprendizaje de herramientas ofimáticas afecta los resultados laborales de los graduados y cómo estas habilidades pueden integrarse de manera más efectiva. La muestra estimada para el desarrollo de este proyecto es de 149 estudiantes graduados de las diferentes facultades. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, con un enfoque mixto y con un diseño de investigación no experimental. Para este proyecto se llevó a cabo la técnica de la encuesta en la que se desarrolló un cuestionario de 10 preguntas. Con los datos obtenidos se llegó a la conclusión que las herramientas ofimáticas tuvieron un impacto significativo en el desempeño laboral por parte de los estudiantes graduados de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, además cabe acotar que el dominio y uso de las herramientas ofimáticas nos permite la comunicación, ahorro de tiempo y mejora de productividad logrando un gran impacto positivo dentro del entorno laboral. Es importante detallar que la incorporación de las herramientas ofimáticas en los estudiantes graduados no solo se debe a las habilidades técnicas, sino que también a aceptar que existen una variedad de roles exigentes en el ámbito laboral. | es_ES |
