dc.descriptionThe main objective of this research work is to determine the incidence of touch screens in the teaching-learning process in students of the Basic Education program at the Technical University of Babahoyo, since this technological tool has the potential to promote the acquisition of significant learning in the student body, and satisfactorily complement the teaching provided by the teacher, based on the different syllabi planned from the beginning of the academic period. The methodology used in the research was two types: descriptive and exploratory, the deductive method was used, since it allowed us to go from the general to the specific and concrete that contributed to the conclusions; Information was collected from reliable sources that complemented the theoretical support, with the use of the quantitative approach, the tabulation of data provided by the sample was carried out through the survey that provided relevant and conclusive information, it consisted of 12 closed questions addressed to both the 20 teachers Like the 243 students who received the sampling formula, it was applied through Google Forms. Based on all the procedures correctly applied, the objectives set in the research were met, leading to the ratification of the positive adaptation of these new technologies in the classroom of the aforementioned individuals. Finally, based on the results obtained in the research, it was evident that the implementation of touch screens provides various benefits, also developing skills and abilitieses_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la incidencia de las pantallas táctiles en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la carrera de Educación Básica de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, ya que, esta herramienta tecnológica tiene el potencial de promover la adquisición de un aprendizaje significativo en el estudiantado, y complementar satisfactoriamente la enseñanza que brinda el docente, en función a los diferentes temarios planificados desde el inicio del periodo académico. La metodología utilizada en la investigación fueron de dos tipos: descriptiva y exploratoria, se empleó el método deductivo, ya que permitió ir desde lo general a lo especifico y concreto que contribuyo a las conclusiones; se recopiló información de fuentes confiables que complementaron el sustento teórico, con la utilización del enfoque cuantitativo, se realizó la tabulación de datos proporcionados por la muestra mediante la encuesta que suministró información relevante y concluyente, esta constó de 12 preguntas cerradas dirigidas tanto a los 20 docentes como a los 243 estudiantes que arrojó la fórmula de muestreo, esta se aplicó a través de Google Forms. En función a todos los procedimientos aplicados correctamente, se cumplieron con los objetivos planteados en la investigación, dando lugar a la ratificación de la positiva adaptación de estas nuevas tecnologías en el aula de clase de los individuos antes mencionados. Finalmente, en base a los resultados obtenidos en la investigación se pudo evidenciar que la implementación de las pantallas táctiles brinda diversos beneficios, desarrollando así mismo, destrezas y habilidades.es_ES
