dc.description | This research explores the benefits of using messaging applications such as WhatsApp to improve English language learning. The study was carried out on a total of 92 Higher Basic General Education Students from the Federico Froebel 2022 Educational Unit. The work was carried out for 6 weeks, and was sent through a "WhatsApp" group. as well as an assessment used to analyze the degree to which students develop language skills and the types and triggers that lead to language-related episodes in chats; The research analyzes the degree to which students acquire language proficiency. This study uses a mixed analysis with measurement on the time axis to measure the variations observed between each student and provides complementary information about their interaction. dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación explora los beneficios de usar aplicaciones de mensajería como WhatsApp para mejorar el aprendizaje del idioma inglés. El estudio se realizó en un total de 92 Estudiantes de Educación General Básica Superior de la Unidad Educativa Federico Froebel 2022. Los trabajos se realizaron durante 6 semanas, y fueron enviados a través de un grupo de "WhatsApp". así como una evaluación utilizada para analizar el grado en que los estudiantes desarrollan la destreza del idioma y los tipos y desencadenantes que dan lugar a episodios relacionados con el lenguaje en los chats; la investigación analiza el grado en que los estudiantes adquieren el dominio del idioma En este estudio se emplea un análisis mixto con medición en el eje del tiempo para medir las variaciones observadas entre cada estudiante y proporciona información complementaria sobre su interacción.
