dc.descriptionThe present case study is directed at the gastronomic hollows of the city of Babahoyo and its contribution to tourism development, tourism attracts many people and goes hand in hand with development in the city. The methodology used is exploratory and explanatory. In addition, a wide variety of current holes are detected in the city of Babahoyo, in which 9 were chosen as a sample to carry out the investigation, the technical sheets addressed to each owner were used as an instrument to collect the information. With the objective of determining the contribution of the hollows in the gastronomic development of the city of Babahoyo. A total of 20 hollows are evident, the oldest, such as Salas and Sanduches Don Panchito, maintaining a strong reputation among locals and tourists, suggesting that tradition and quality are important factors for long-term success in the gastronomic business. For this reason, it is suggested to regularize the tourist permits of the establishments to strengthen their credibility and guarantee quality standards for all tourists who visit the city of Babahoyo and especially each of these places.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso esta direccionado en las huecas gastronómicas de la ciudad de Babahoyo y su aporte al desarrollo turístico, el turismo atrae a muchas personas y que va de la mano con el desarrollo en la ciudad. La metodología que se utilizó es la exploratoria y explicativa. Además, se detectaron una gran variedad de huecas vigentes en la ciudad de Babahoyo, en el cual se escogió 9 como muestra para llevar a cabo la investigación, se utilizó como instrumento las fichas técnicas dirigidas a cada propietario para recopilar la información. Con el objetivo de Determinar el aporte de las huecas en el desarrollo gastronómico de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Se evidenció un total de 20 huecas, las más antiguas, como Salas y Sanduches Don Panchito, mantienen una fuerte reputación entre los habitantes locales y los turistas, lo que sugiere que la tradición y la calidad son factores importantes para el éxito a largo plazo en el negocio gastronómico. Por esta razón, se sugiere regularizar los permisos turísticos de los establecimientos para fortalecer su credibilidad y garantizar estándares de calidad para todos los turistas que visiten la ciudad de Babahoyo y en especial cada uno de estos lugares.es_ES
