dc.descriptionRelapse is considered one of the versatile problems that develops worldwide in relation to the different factors that are associated with the reinsertion of behavioral patterns of consumption. That is why the present research has as its purpose to analyze the influence of the social environment on the relapse of drug addicts attending the CETAD "SOLO POR LA GRACIAS DE DIOS" city of Quevedo-Province of Los Ríos. The research assumes a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive approach, which allows obtaining statistical data of the object of study. In order to carry out the research, techniques and instruments (surveys and tests) were used that have characteristics to evaluate, interpret and determine the variables of the present study, which is why the following instruments were used: survey, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. A sample of 50 patients in residential treatment was used. Of the inmates surveyed, 100% were male, 70% were single, 10% were married, 10% were in a common-law relationship and 10% were separated. With respect to the level of schooling, it was found that 50% of the inmates completed their secondary education, while 40% finished elementary school and 10% graduated with a technical degree. With respect to the level of schooling, it was found that 50% of the inmates completed their studies in high school, while 40% finished elementary school and 10% finished technical school. According to the results obtained, it can be concluded that the social environment does have an impact on relapse because it is one of the main risk factors that influenced the reinsertion of psychoactive substance use.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa recaída es considerada como uno de los problemas versátil que se desarrolla a nivel mundial en relación a los diferentes factores que se encuentra asociados a la reinserción de patrones conductuales del consumo. Es por ello que la presente investigación tiene como finalidad, analizar la influencia del entorno social en la recaída de personas drogodependientes que asisten al CETAD “SOLO POR LA GRACIAS DE DIOS” ciudad de Quevedo-Provincia de los Ríos. La investigación asume un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental de tipo descriptivo, mismo que permite obtener datos estadísticos del objeto de estudio. Para realización de la investigación se utilizó técnicas e instrumentos (test psicométricos) que poseen características para evaluar interpretar y determinar las variables del presente estudio, es por ello que se emplearon los siguientes instrumentos: encuesta, Escala multidimensional de apoyo social percibido. Para ello se trabajó con una muestra de 50 pacientes que permanecen en un tratamiento residencial, De los internos evaluados el 100% son de sexo masculino, donde el 70% están solteros, el 10% casados, el 10% en unión libre y el 10% separado. Con respeto al nivel de escolaridad se obtuvo que: el 50% de los internos culminaron sus estudios en la segundaria, mientras que el 40% terminaron la primaria y el 10% tecnólogo. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenido se llega a la conclusión que, el entorno social incide en la recaída debido a que es uno de los principales factores de riesgo que incidió en la reinserción del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas.es_ES
