| dc.description | The present research will cover the communication skills of Federios 2023 athletes to provide the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and develop specific training programs to help athletes strengthen their communication skills. This can not only benefit individual athletes, but also the team as a whole and the organization in terms of its image and reputation. It focuses on exploring and understanding the communication skills of athletes who are part of the Los Rios Sports Federation. This study analyzes how athletes communicate on and off the playing field, examining their ability to express themselves verbally and non-verbally, as well as their ability to interact with the media, coaches, teammates and other relevant actors in the sports arena. Also to be able to identify the importance of communication skills in sports performance and the impact they can have on the career and public image of athletes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación abarcará sobre las habilidades comunicativas de los deportistas de Federios 2023 para brindar la oportunidad de identificar áreas de mejora y desarrollar programas de entrenamiento específicos para ayudar a los atletas a fortalecer sus habilidades comunicativas. Esto no solo puede beneficiar a los deportistas individualmente, sino también al equipo en su conjunto y a la organización en términos de su imagen y reputación. Se centra en explorar y comprender las habilidades de comunicación de los deportistas que forman parte de la Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos. Este estudio analiza cómo los deportistas se comunican dentro y fuera del campo de juego, examinando su capacidad para expresarse verbal y no verbalmente, así como su habilidad para interactuar con los medios de comunicación, entrenadores, compañeros de equipo y otros actores relevantes en el ámbito deportivo. También poder identificar la importancia de las habilidades comunicativas en el rendimiento deportivo y el impacto que pueden tener en la carrera y la imagen pública de los atletas. | es_ES |
