They seek to increase their profits, which means that they are the result of increased sales, but at the same time they seek to satisfy demand and consumers, such as being better than the competition, generating an environment of socioeconomic well-being, in this sense. to try to improve the quality of the product to be marketed. Aiming to evaluate quality management in the company BANANAKALILJR S.A.S in the Puebloviejo canton in the period 2023 to determine its degree of competence. To carry out the development of the case study, a comparative and descriptive research design was implemented, the situation of the company is not good, because through the surveys of the workers, necessary information was obtained about the incorrect administration and not having a quality management system that helps facilitate processes in the different areas of the company, causes that have caused discomfort and annoyance to workers, such as the fact of not growing quality products causing a decrease in their usefulness and this has caused the competition to be better in quality and sales.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso está basado en la gestión de calidad de la empresa BANANAKALILJR S.A.S dedicada a la producción y comercialización de productos agrícolas, siendo la actividad principal el cultivo de banano y está ubicada en el cantón Puebloviejo, como es de conocimiento todas las empresas buscan incrementar sus utilidades lo que quiere decir que resultado del aumento de las ventas, pero al mismo tiempo busca satisfacer la demanda y los consumidores, como el hecho de ser cada vez mejor que la competencia, generando un ambiente de bienestar socioeconómico, en este sentido para tratar de mejorar la calidad del producto a comercializar. Teniendo como objetivo evaluar la gestión de calidad en la empresa BANANAKALILJR S.A.S en el cantón Puebloviejo en el periodo 2023 para determinar su grado de competencia. Para la realización del desarrollo del estudio de caso se implementó un diseño de investigación comparativo y descriptivo, la situación de la empresa no es buena, porque a través de las encuestas a los trabajadores se obtuvo información necesaria acerca de la incorrecta administración y no contar con un sistema de gestión de calidad que ayude a facilitar los procesos en las diferentes áreas de la empresa, causas que han provocado incomodidad y molestia a los trabajadores, como el hecho de no cultivar productos de calidad provocando que exista disminución en su utilidad y esto ha provocado que la competencia sea mejor en calidad y ventas.es_ES
