dc.descriptionThe Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Urdaneta Canton in the period 2023 implemented various human talent processes to strengthen its administrative management. These processes were oriented towards the selection, training and evaluation of municipal personnel, seeking to guarantee efficiency and compliance with institutional objectives. A rigorous personnel recruitment and selection process was carried out, focused on meritocracy and transparency, in order to ensure the suitability of officials for their respective positions. In addition, the continuous training of human talent was actively promoted through training and professional development programs, adapted to the specific needs of each work area. The performance evaluation was carried out periodically, using objective indicators to measure the fulfillment of goals and the impact of the actions carried out. These processes contributed to strengthening the quality of the public service offered by the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Urdaneta Canton, guaranteeing efficient management oriented towards the well-being of the community. The effective implementation of human talent processes in the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Urdaneta Canton during the year 2023 reflects a firm commitment to continuous improvement and the professionalization of its team. By focusing on merit-based selection, personalized training, and periodic performance evaluation, the municipal administration was able to strengthen its internal capabilities and offer a higher quality public service. dc.description.abstractEl Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Urdaneta en el periodo 2023 implementó diversos procesos de talento humano para fortalecer su gestión administrativa. Estos procesos estuvieron orientados hacia la selección, capacitación y evaluación del personal municipal, buscando garantizar la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales. Se llevó a cabo un riguroso proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal, enfocado en la meritocracia y la transparencia, con el fin de asegurar la idoneidad de los funcionarios para sus respectivas posiciones. Además, se promovió activamente la formación continua del talento humano a través de programas de capacitación y desarrollo profesional, adaptados a las necesidades específicas de cada área de trabajo. La evaluación del desempeño se realizó de manera periódica, utilizando indicadores objetivos para medir el cumplimiento de metas y el impacto de las acciones realizadas. Estos procesos contribuyeron a fortalecer la calidad del servicio público ofrecido por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Urdaneta, garantizando una gestión eficiente y orientada hacia el bienestar de la comunidad.
