Customer satisfaction, which is generally positive, suggests the need to increase consistency and accuracy in the information provided. A focus on personalization, clarity in product communication, and a sales strategy that adapts to market needs is recommended. This analysis reinforces the importance of well-executed strategies that resonate with customers and underscores the opportunity to improve sales management to drive customer loyalty and retention.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se enfoca en la gestión de ventas de la empresa Artefacta en la parroquia Ricaurte durante 2023, abordando desafíos estratégicos y su impacto en las finanzas y la satisfacción del cliente. Surge de la necesidad de optimizar el crecimiento económico frente a la competitividad del mercado, empleando técnicas de investigación para evaluar las estrategias de marketing y la eficacia del personal. El objetivo general es analizar la gestión de ventas para evaluar su influencia en el crecimiento económico, utilizando entrevistas y encuestas como principales técnicas metodológicas. Los resultados destacan la implementación de estrategias de marketing creativas y disruptivas, aunque señalan áreas de mejora en personalización y comunicación de información del producto. La satisfacción del cliente, en general positiva, sugiere la necesidad de aumentar la consistencia y precisión en la información proporcionada. Se recomienda un enfoque centrado en la personalización, la claridad en la comunicación del producto y una estrategia de ventas que se adapte a las necesidades del mercado.
