dc.descriptionThis study is carried out within the company "Mi Casa Ferretera", located in the city of Babahoyo, specifically on Avenida 5 de Junio between Mejía and Barreiro streets. The owner, Msc. Guido Gerardo Figueroa Guzmán, along with his wife and two additional employees, are responsible for the management and marketing of the company, which is dedicated to the sale of various hardware items. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the incidence of digital marketing on the sales of the company "Mi Casa Ferretera" in the city of Babahoyo, during the period 2023. The research methodology was descriptive because it explains the variables under study, through the application of a technique using the corresponding instrument, and a propositional explanation, why a solution strategy will be proposed for the existing problem. The results suggest that there is a positive and significant association between digital marketing and the company's sales. This allowed us to conclude that these types of strategies have a direct impact on the company's sales performance, supporting the importance of investing in digital strategies to drive business growth and success.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se lleva a cabo en el ámbito de la empresa "Mi Casa Ferretera", situada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, específicamente en la Avenida 5 de junio entre las calles Mejía y Barreiro. El propietario, el Msc. Guido Gerardo Figueroa Guzmán, junto con su esposa y dos empleadas adicionales, son responsables de la gestión y comercialización de la empresa, que se dedica a la venta de diversos artículos de ferretería. El propósito de esta investigación es evaluar la incidencia del marketing digital en las ventas de la empresa "Mi Casa Ferretera" en la ciudad de Babahoyo, durante el periodo 2023. La metodología de la investigación fue descriptiva porque explica las variables objeto de estudio, mediante la aplicación de una técnica utilizando el instrumento correspondiente, y explicativa propositiva, porqué se planteará una estrategia de solución a la problemática existente. Los resultados sugieren que existe una asociación positiva y significativa entre el marketing digital y las ventas de la empresa. Esto permitió concluir que este tipo de estrategias tienen un impacto directo en el rendimiento de ventas de la empresa, respaldando la importancia de invertir en estrategias digitales para impulsar el crecimiento y el éxito empresarial.es_ES
