| dc.description | The following case study presented aims to analyze how family relationships affect the emotional state, which was carried out in an adult over 76 years of age from the Urdaneta canton because she has problems in her way of relating to others. others and a slight cognitive impairment, which affects him daily, domestic activities are also affected by this problem. To establish the presumed diagnosis of a mild depressive episode, criteria to be met from the international manual for the classification of diseases (ICD-10) were considered. In addition, different psychometric tests were used which provided us with quantitative data on the patient, such as DASS-21, which provided us with a diagnosis on the main symptoms that afflicted the patient, the stress vulnerability test to know how likely it is that the older adult, despite all the activities she performs every day, is vulnerable to suffering a stressful episode. Therefore, and based on the emotional state in which the patient was at the time of carrying out the diagnostic process, a psychotherapeutic scheme was proposed with different techniques under the approach of cognitive behavioral therapy as a possible solution to the patient's problems. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente estudio de caso que se presenta tiene por objetivo analizar como las relaciones familiares afectan en el estado emocional, mismo que se lo llevó a cabo en una adulta mayor de 76 años del cantón Urdaneta debido que presenta afectaciones en su manea de relacionarse ante los demás y un leve deterioro cognitivo, lo cual le repercute diariamente, actividades domesticas también se ven afectadas por esta problemática. Para el establecimiento del presunto diagnóstico Episodio depresivo leve se consideraron criterios a cumplir del manual internacional de clasificación de enfermedades (CIE-10), además se emplearon diferentes pruebas psicométricas las cuales nos proporcionaron datos cuantitativos de la paciente como DASS-21 que nos proporcionó un diagnóstico sobre la sintomatología principal que aquejaba a la paciente, el test de vulnerabilidad al estrés para conocer qué tan probable sea que la adulta mayor pese a todas las actividades que realiza día a día sea vulnerable a padecer un episodio estresante. Por lo consiguiente y en base al estado emocional en el que se encontraba la paciente al momento de realizar el proceso diagnóstico, se planteó un esquema psicoterapéutico con diferentes técnicas bajo el enfoque de la terapia cognitivo conductual como una posible solución ante la problemática de la paciente. | es_ES |
