dc.descriptionThis research will analyze the marketing strategies used by Hacienda Los Prados and how it is managed by the administration of the place. An interview was conducted with Miss Milena Bajaña, daughter of the owners of Hacienda Los Prados, and an observation sheet was used to identify the marketing strategies applied in it. it was also proposed recommendations for the improvement improvement of the farm. Marketing strategies are a set of planned and coordinated actions that companies use to achieve their stated business objectives. They provide essential help, towards new scopes for an optimal and productive development. The methodology used in this work is qualitative since an observation sheet was used to know the management of social networks by the administration of Hacienda Los Prados, it was also done a documentary research with definitions of several authors on marketing strategies. Hacienda Los Prados is characterized for being a tourist farm located in the canton of Baba, province of Los Rios, Ecuador. It has a wide extension of land where cocoa, coffee, fruits and vegetables are grown. Visitors can take guided tours of the plantations and learn about the production process of these products. the farm also has animals like llamas sheeps, goats, horses and cows, which interact with the. The use of social networks is a trend that has become in an important aspect in society. These platforms have become an indispensable tool for communicating, sharing information and experiences, and connecting with other people. Consequently, digital marketing is rooted in its presence in social networks and its function is to reach a relevant audience and convert them into customers, and keep them permanently.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn esta investigación se analizará las estrategias de marketing utilizadas por la Hacienda Los Prados y como la está manejando la administración del lugar, se realizó la entrevista a la señorita Milena Bajaña hija de los propietarios de la Hacienda los Prados así mismo se utilizó una ficha de observación. El objetivo principal es identificar las estas estrategias de marketing y proponer recomendaciones para su mejora. Las estrategias de marketing son un conjunto de acciones planificadas y coordinadas que las empresas utilizan para alcanzar sus objetivos comerciales planteados. Proporcionan ayuda esencial, tiene como finalidad brindar nuevos alcances para un desarrollo óptimo y productivo. La metodología empleada en este trabajo es cualitativa donde se utilizó una ficha de observación para conocer el manejo de las redes sociales por parte de administración de la Hacienda Los Prados, se hizo una investigación documental donde se obtuvieron definiciones de varios autores sobre las estrategias de marketing. La Hacienda Los Prados se caracteriza por ser una hacienda turística ubicada en el cantón Baba, provincia de Los Ríos, Ecuador. Cuenta con una amplia extensión de terreno donde se cultivan cacao, café, frutas y verduras. Los visitantes pueden realizar recorridos guiados por las plantaciones y conocer el proceso de producción de estos productos. La hacienda también cuenta con una granja de animales, donde los visitantes pueden interactuar con llamas, ovejas, cabras, caballos y otros animales. El uso de las redes sociales en la actualidad es una tendencia que se ha vuelto omnipresente en la sociedad. Estas plataformas se han convertido en una herramienta indispensable para comunicarse, compartir información y experiencias, y conectar con otras personas. Por lo consiguiente el marketing digital radica su presencia en redes sociales tiene como función en llegar a una audiencia relevante y convertirla en clientes, y mantenerlos de manera permanente.es_ES
