dc.descriptionThe present case study was conducted with a sample of 30 children who are 10 years old, belonging to the Zapotal Soccer Club school, to whom a survey was applied to identify possible gross motor problems, the results show that 46.67% of the children perform sports activities once or twice a week while 30% do it daily, 60% of the children feel very confident when performing activities that require coordination, However, 10% feel not very confident and another 3.33%, 6.67% respond that it is often difficult to change direction quickly while playing soccer or performing other physical activities and 76.67% have no difficulties, 16.67% say that it is difficult to run quickly, 6.67% jump on one foot, 20% say that it is difficult to throw or kick a ball accurately and 56.67% say they have no difficulties at all. Regarding parents or guardians, 63.33% say they are very satisfied, 6.67% are not very satisfied, 70% say that coordination, balance or agility have improved notably, while 10% say they have not noticed any changes, 16.67% say that some of the activities and training offered at the school are adequate and 3.33% say they are not, and 76.67% of the parents consider that the school should implement more activities or programs to improve their child's coordination, balance or agility, while 10% say they have not noticed any changes, and 76.67% of the parents consider that the school should implement more activities or programs to improve their child's coordination, balance or agility.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó con una muestra de 30 niños los cuales se encuentran en los 10 años de edad, perteneciente a la escuela Fútbol Club Zapotal, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta para identificar posibles problemas de motricidad gruesa, los resultados muestran que un 46,67% de los niños realiza actividades deportivas de una a dos veces por semana mientras que un 30% lo hace a diario, un 60% de los niños se siente muy seguro al realizar actividades que requieran coordinación, como saltar o lanzar un balón, sin embargo un 10% se siente poco seguro y otro 3,33%, un 6,67% responde que frecuentemente le resulta complicado cambiar rápidamente de dirección mientras juega fútbol o realiza otras actividades físicas y un 76,67% no tiene dificultades, un 16,67% manifiesta que le dificulta correr rápidamente, un 6,67 saltar en un pie, un 20% manifiesta que le resulta difícil lanzar o patear un balón con precisión y un 56,67 dice no tener ninguna dificultad. Respecto a los padres de familias o apoderados un 63,33% manifiesta estar muy satisfecho, un 6,67% está poco satisfecho, un 70% manifiesta que si ha mejorado notablemente la coordinación, equilibrio o agilidad mientras que un 10% dice no haber notado cambios, a si también un 16,67% manifiesta que algunas de las actividades y entrenamientos ofrecidos en la escuela son adecuados y un 3,33% dice que no lo son, a si también un 76,67% de los padres considera que la escuela debería implementar más actividades o programas específicos para mejorar la motricidad, se realizó la implementación de un plan de ejercicios para mejor las falencias encontradas.es_ES
