| dc.description | This study focuses on the development of pedagogical strategies to improve the physical condition of students with intellectual disabilities from 8 to 15 years of age at the 'El Sol Sale Para Todos' school. The main objective is to improve the physical condition of the students. The study is expected to contribute to the enrichment of the field of inclusive physical education and provide educators and professionals with practical resources to improve the physical condition of students with intellectual disabilities, promoting their well-being in the school environment. The assessment instruments such as the survey and the Eurofit Battery test were applied, the physical condition of the students with intellectual disabilities of the El Sol Sale Para Todos school of the Baba Canton was determined, they presented a regular and deficient percentage in terms of each In one of the tests carried out, a quantitative approach was used as a research method in the methodology, which allowed an in-depth understanding of the experiences, perceptions and opinions of students with intellectual disabilities, as well as teachers and other members of the educational staff. The convergence of these methods will provide a comprehensive perspective on the implementation of pedagogical strategies and their impact on students. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se enfoca en el desarrollo de las estrategias pedagógicas para mejorar la condición física en estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual de 8 a 15 años de edad en la escuela ‘El Sol Sale Para Todos’. El objetivo principal es mejorar la condición física de los estudiantes. Se espera que el estudio contribuya al enriquecimiento del campo de la educación física inclusiva y proporcione a los educadores y profesionales recursos prácticos para mejorar la condición física de los estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual, promoviendo su bienestar en el entorno escolar. Se aplicó los instrumentos de valoración como la encuesta y la prueba de la Batería Eurofit, se determinó la condición física de los estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual de la escuela El Sol Sale Para Todos del Cantón Baba, presentaron un porcentaje regular y deficiente en cuanto a cada una de las pruebas realizadas, en la metodología se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo como método de investigación, lo que permitió comprender en profundidad las experiencias, percepciones y opiniones de los estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual, así como de los docentes y otros miembros del personal educativo. Metodología: La investigación adoptará un enfoque mixto, utilizando tanto métodos cuantitativos como cualitativos. Se emplearán herramientas cuantitativas para obtener datos numéricos que complementen la comprensión cualitativa de las experiencias, percepciones y opiniones de los estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual, así como de los docentes y otros miembros del personal educativo.
