Internal and external factors that influenced this variation were identified. Internal factors included cost management, pricing policy and operational efficiency. Efficient cost management and a strategic pricing policy are essential to maintaining healthy profit margins. External factors included extreme weather events, changes in market demand, government regulations and competition. Los resultados revelaron una disminución significativa del 26% en los ingresos de la empresa durante este período, lo que desencadenó un análisis exhaustivo de las causas subyacentes y la formulación de recomendaciones estratégicas. Se identificaron factores internos y externos que influyeron en esta variación. Los factores internos incluyeron la gestión de costos, la política de precios y la eficiencia operativa.
