dc.descriptionThe realization of this case study is called Marketing activities in the hardware store “Disensa Calero Gisella Franchise” based on the object of study focused on analyzing the marketing activities that are applied in the company belonging to the city of Vinces, which, will allow the determination of the primary factors that support the organization's activities plan, with the purpose of improving sales income through an assessment of the current situation of the marketing process that is implemented in the business. Therefore, the purpose of this type of analytical work is to conceptualize the issues raised in the case study with the purpose of fulfilling and achieving the object of study that was determined in the present analysis investigation, which will lead to the implementation of the analytical study as a recommendation that is presented to the hardware store “Franquicia Disensa Calero Gisella” related to marketing activities, to allow them to make appropriate decisions and continually improve procedures, making the business profitable and competitive in the business market of Vinces. In this way, it is concluded that marketing strategies do influence the development of the business, since it directly affects the positioning of the organization in the market and in the mind of the consumer, for this reason it is emphasized that it is essential to have strategic plans. with the innovative approach or design adapting to the client's preferences, tastes and needses_ES

dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio se enfoca en las Actividades de Marketing en la ferretería “Franquicia Disensa Calero Gisella” sustentado en el objeto de estudio enfocado en analizar las actividades de la mercadotecnia que se aplica en la empresa perteneciente a la cuidad de Vinces, lo cual, permitirá la determinación de los factores primordiales que sustentan el plan de actividades de la organización, con el propósito de mejorar los ingresos por ventas a través de una valoración sobre la situación actual al proceso de mercadeo que se implementa en el negocio. Por lo tanto, el propósito de este tipo de trabajo analítico es conceptualizar los temas planteados en el estudio de caso con el propósito de cumplir y alcanzar el objeto de estudio que se determinó en la presente investigación de análisis, lo que conducirá a la implementación del estudio analítico como una recomendación que se le presenta a la ferretería “Franquicia Disensa Calero Gisella” relacionada a las actividades de marketing, para que les permita tomar decisiones adecuadas y mejorar continuamente los procedimientos haciendo que el negocio sea rentable y competitivo en el mercado empresarial vinceño. De este modo se concluye que las actividades de marketing si influyen en el desarrollo del negocio, ya que, afecta directamente al posicionamiento de la organización en el mercado como en la mente del consumidor, por esta razón se enfatiza que es primordial contar con planes en las actividades con el enfoque o diseño innovador acoplándose a las preferencias, gustos y necesidades del clientees_ES
