dc.descriptionIn the company Carlitos Cell, the company plans to develop a strategic plan because no formal planning of activities had been carried out, which causes stagnation of the company in terms of its market participation. Throughout the execution of the project, the plan was structured based on the description of the current system, which provided knowledge of the different activities and goals of the company, thus allowing the actions that lead to the strategic analysis to be carried out, such as: its formulation, the development of strategic objectives. Carrying out external and internal analysis to determine opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses, and then formulate strategies that will help achieve the proposed strategies to achieve the objectives required to improve sales. When carrying out an external and internal audit, it was observed that the company does not have the necessary strategies proposed, which is why this project is developed for its implementation and control. From the information obtained and together with the bibliographic review, the strategic plan is developed, added to budget planning and in accordance with the resources and needs of the company. And completed with the action plans, they give basic guidelines that the company is subsequently responsible for the implementation and control with the proposed indicatorses_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la empresa Carlitos Cell se plantea elaborar un plan estratégico porque no se había realizado una planificación formal de actividades, lo que ocasiona un estancamiento de la empresa en cuanto su participación en el mercado. A lo largo de la ejecución del proyecto el plan se estructuró en base a la descripción del sistema actual, lo cual proporcionó conocer las diferentes actividades y metas de la empresa, permitiendo de esta forma realizar las acciones que llevan el análisis estratégico, como fueron, la formulación de la misma, la elaboración de objetivos estratégicos. La realización de análisis externo e interno para determinar las oportunidades, amenazas, fortaleza, y debilidades, para luego realizar una formulación de estrategias que ayudaran al alcance de las estrategias planteadas para lograr los objetivos requeridos en mejorar las ventas. El realizar una auditoria externa e interna se observó que la empresa se encuentra sin estrategias necesarias planteada por lo cual se desarrolla este proyecto para su implementación y control. A partir de la información obtenida y junto con la revisión bibliográfica, se desarrolla el plan estratégico que sumado a una planificación presupuestaria y acorde a los recursos y necesidades de la empresa. Y completado con los planes de acción, dan lineamientos básicos que posteriormente de la empresa se encargue de la implementación y del control con los indicadores propuesto.es_ES
