The investigative tools used to obtain relevant information for the study was the interview with the legal representative of NOVAGRIC S.A. and also surveys directed at the company's clients with the aim of carrying out an analysis. | dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de la investigación realizada en la empresa NOVAGRIC S.A para dar a conocer la logística que implementa la empresa y la satisfacción de los clientes al esperar mucho día sus productos tiene como objetivo analizar el área de logística para mejorar el servicio, donde se realiza una investigación para saber cuáles son los problemas en el proceso logístico que está afectando la compañía y determinar el grado y cumplimiento que están realizando. Teniendo en cuenta que la logística es una de las áreas más importante dentro de una organización porque es quien se encarga del producto y de la satisfacción del cliente al recibir su entrega final. Las herramientas investigativas utilizadas para la obtención de información relevante del estudio fue la entrevista dirigida a la representante legal de NOVAGRIC S.A. y también encuestas dirigida a los clientes de la empresa con el objetivo de realizar un análisis.
