dc.descriptionThe execution of this case study based on the sales management of the commercial “María del Mar” has allowed us to identify and corroborate the existence of inefficient commercial processes that have been executed during the period 2022, however, their execution has been feasible. By establishing as an object of study to analyze the Sales Management of the aforementioned company, it was possible to detect aspects of negativity in terms of non-compliance with organizational goals and objectivities as well as incorrectly applied advertising. Through this case study with an investigative and analytical approach, it was possible to identify the different factors that have had shortcomings in the period 2022, leading to poor sales management of the commercial detected through the use and application of tools such as research instruments such as are the interview, survey and questionnaires, which led to the collection of relevant data that have allowed us to corroborate the errors that have been committed during the aforementioned time, identifying in such a way, the important factors that reflect the realistic perspective of the operations in the Business area. Therefore, it is essential for the business to use continuous assessments of its procedures executed at different stages and that these are controlled to measure the scope and compliance of its activities, in order to determine the proper functioning of the organization and This way, correct decisions can be made for the benefit of the company and position itself as a profitable and competitive establishment.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio con base a la gestión de ventas del comercial “María del Mar” ha permitido identificar y corroborar la existencia de procesos comerciales ineficientes que se han ejecutado durante el periodo 2022, sin embargo, ha sido factible su ejecución, al establecer como objeto de estudio analizar la Gestión de ventas de la empresa antes mencionada, lo cual, se logro detectar aspectos de negatividad en cuanto al incumplimiento de las metas y objetividades organizacionales como también una publicidad aplicada de manera errónea. A través de este caso de estudio con enfoque investigativo y analítico se logro identificar los diferentes factores que han tenido falencias en el periodo 2022, conllevando a una deficiente gestión de ventas del comercial detectada por medio del uso y aplicación de herramientas como instrumentos de investigación como son la entrevista, encuesta y cuestionarios, que conllevo a la recopilación de datos relevantes que han permitido corroborar los errores que se han cometido durante el tiempo antes mencionado, identificado de tal forma, los factores importantes que reflejan la perspectiva realista de las operaciones en el área de negocios. Por lo tanto, es fundamental para el negocio, el uso de valoraciones continuas sobre sus procedimientos ejecutados en diferentes etapas y que estas sean controladas para lograr medir el alcance y cumplimiento de sus actividades, con la finalidad de determinar el adecuado funcionamiento de la organización y así puedan tomarse decisiones acertadas para el beneficio de la empresa y lograr posicionarse como un establecimiento rentable y competitivoes_ES
