dc.description | The organizational climate is called the key and important factor that allows the development of the work functions and activities that each employee is assigned in a specific place or area. Considering that its inefficient application directly affects the performance and compliance of human talent as well as the established organizational objectives and plans to be executed in a given period. This case study analyzes the work environment of the Veintimilla Furniture Store in the Febres Cordero Parish in the Babahoyo canton for the period 2022, which affects the performance of the company's staff. In which, the descriptive method was applied, because it allowed the observed facts to be established in detail, that is, to clearly define the characteristic points of the population under study, allowing the elements used in the research to be revealed. The results obtained in this case study show that the work environment of the Veintimilla furniture store in the Febres Cordero parish is an affected environment, since there are different problematic causes identified thanks to the analysis carried out, based on the levels of staff dissatisfaction. in terms of its recognition and execution of activities in a harmonious environment. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El clima organizacional se lo denomina como aquel factor clave e importante que permite desarrollar las funciones y actividades laborales que cada empleado se le asigna en un lugar o área específica. Considerando que su aplicación ineficiente afecta directamente el desempeño y cumplimiento del talento humano como de los objetivos y planes organizacionales establecidos a ejecutar en un periodo determinado. Este estudio de caso analiza el clima laboral de la Mueblería Veintimilla de la Parroquia Febres Cordero del cantón Babahoyo periodo 2022, que afecta al rendimiento del personal de la compañía. En el cual, se aplicó el método descriptivo, porque permitió establecer de manera detallada los hechos observados, es decir, define claramente los puntos característicos de la población objeto de estudio, permitiendo revelar los elementos utilizados en la investigación Los resultados obtenidos en este caso de estudio muestran que el clima laboral de la mueblería Veintimilla de la parroquia Febres Cordero es un ambiente afectado, ya que, existen diferentes causas problémicas identificadas gracias al análisis ejecutado, basados en los niveles de insatisfacción del personal en cuanto a su reconocimiento y ejecución de actividades en un ambiente armonioso. | es_ES |
