As a work methodology, a descriptive methodology is presented whose purpose is the description of relevant aspects of the subject or object to be studied in order to establish an analysis of the data that will be used to determine the results, fulfilling the objectives set out in an investigation. The results generated in the investigation are based on an evaluation of aspects related to the administrative process that includes planning, organization, development and control, as well as the data obtained through the application of a survey and interview, which reflect the need that The entity has an improved control environment and the development of a manual of functions that allow a better performance of the activities carried out in the entity. In conclusion, it is established that the shortcomings generated in the Touma clinic have a reason. These shortcomings are based mainly on the lack of knowledge of the personnel, control of unreliable information and a poorly organized structuring of tasks, which has led to problems for the execution of functions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl trabajo consiste en un análisis relacionado a la aplicación de la gestión administrativa en la clínica Touma, la cual es una institución de salud que brinda servicios de consulta externa para asegurar la calidad de vida de las personas, la misma que ha afrontado desde hace meses problemas relacionados a la ejecución de diversas tareas y funciones que se deben desempeñar en las áreas funcionales, motivo por el cual, se genera el presente estudio de caso con el objetivo de evaluar la gestión administrativa de la clínica Touma para mejorar los procesos administrativos. Como metodología de trabajo se presenta una metodología descriptiva que posee como finalidad la descripción de aspectos relevantes del sujeto u objeto a estudiar para establecer un análisis de los datos que servirán para la determinación de los resultados cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados en una investigación. Los resultados generados en la investigación se basan en una evaluación de aspectos vinculados al proceso administrativo que incluye la planificación, organización, desarrollo y control, al igual que los datos obtenidos por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta y entrevista, que reflejan la necesidad que posee la entidad de un ambiente de control mejorado y el desarrollo de un manual de funciones que permitan mejorar las actividades desarrolladas en la entidad. Como conclusión se establecen que las falencias generadas en la clínica Touma posee un por qué. Estas falencias se basan centralmente en la falta de conocimientos del personal, control de información poco confiable y una estructuración de las tareas poco organizada, que ha desencadenado en problemas para la ejecución de funciones.es_ES
