dc.descriptionGiving credit to clients is a fundamental element of any trade services company, as it is an effective mechanism for market capture. This is because when you purchase goods using the benefits of credit, there is a window of opportunity for the consumer to obtain the desired product, but it becomes difficult for them to pay in cash. Although accreditation is a compelling strategy in business, it carries several operational risks. Although it is true that granting credit to facilitate the acquisition of goods or services in commercial establishments is a strategy that benefits both the offeror in the process of attracting customers and the buyer in order to acquire a good or service, poor placement of the credit or management of the collection after it, could trigger a series of complications for both parties, making it necessary for the company that places and manages the credit to have sufficient competence for this process. The general objective of this work is to develop a financial management model that can reduce the default rate of the company La Ganga de la Parroquia Ricaurte. The research was carried out in the qualitative-quantitative modality, which will obtain a critical analysis of the evolution of the overdue portfolio where it will allow us to obtain the status of the overdue portfolio, to establish knowledge on the subject and interviews will be obtained to collect information about the expired portfolio in La Ganga stores in the Ricaurte parish.es_ES

dc.description.abstractDar crédito a los clientes es un elemento fundamental de cualquier empresa de servicios de comercio, ya que es un mecanismo eficaz para la captura de mercado. Esto se debe a que cuando compras bienes utilizando los beneficios del crédito, una ventana de oportunidad para que el consumidor obtenga el producto deseado, pero se le hace difícil de pagar en efectivo. Aunque la acreditación es una estrategia convincente en el negocio, lo que implica varios riesgos operacionales. Si bien es cierto el otorgamiento de crédito para facilitar la adquisición de bienes o servicios en los establecimientos comerciales es una estrategia que beneficia tanto al ofertante en su proceso de captación de clientes, como el comprador para poder adquirir un bien o servicio, la mala colocación del crédito o gestión de la cobranza posterior al mismo, podría desencadenar una serie de complicaciones para ambas partes, siendo entonces necesario que la empresa que coloca y gestiona el crédito tenga la competencia suficientes para este proceso. El objetivo general de este trabajo es desarrollar un modelo de gestión financiera que pueda reducir la tasa de morosidad de la empresa La Ganga de la Parroquia Ricaurte. La investigación se elaboró en la modalidad cuali-cuantitativa, que se obtendrá un análisis crítico sobre la evolución de cartera vencida donde nos permitirá obtener el estado de la cartera vencida, para llegar a establecer conocimientos sobre el tema y se obtendrán entrevistas para recolectar información sobre la cartera vencida en almacenes La Ganga de la parroquia Ricaurte.es_ES
