dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se basa en el análisis del contenido del multimedia digital “La Voz” y su impacto en la sociedad o parte de ella, a pesar de que el origen del medio digital se encuentra en la parroquia Isla de Bejucal, Cantón. Baba; Al ser una plataforma online que se transmite a través de Internet, también se puede ver en otros países. En definitiva, los editores de esta agencia se dedican a la cobertura informativa del acontecer ecuatoriano, así como a promociones comerciales como cumpleaños, promociones de productos y servicios, etc. Se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista para obtener información directa del propietario del medio digital. El método analítico cumplió con los objetivos del estudio. El grupo objetivo fueron dos estudiantes de maestría en comunicación y personas familiarizadas con "La Voz".
