To determine the budget and profits, a table of values was created where the price of each product is collected to determine how much of the budget will be invested and how much profit will be obtained in the production of parfait, the objective of the work was to inform the population of the Caracol parish that by using cherimoya at home it is possible to generate economic income using its derivatives, in addition to cultivation, by-products can also be obtained from which various products can be obtained from its seeds and leaves. Custard apple seeds contain oils that are used in the production of cosmetics and soaps. Custard apple leaves have medicinal properties and are used to treat various diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and headaches. It is important to emphasize that most families go through a period where they do not have a very stable economic support, so they have to look for ways to support themselves and bring a bite of food home, which is where this innovative production of cherimoya parfait It will help these families by improving the economy and can even be distributed in large supermarkets. dc.description.abstractLa Parroquia Rural Caracol es una de las parroquias más antiguas del Ecuador, cuenta aproximadamente con 481 años de historia, la implementación de nuevas alternativas para generar un complemento al ingreso económico de las familias mediante la elaboración del parfait de chirimoya (Annona cherimola) es una manera de empezar un pequeño emprendimiento dándole un valor agregado a dicha fruta que se desperdicia constantemente debido a la poca importancia que se le brinda, se pueden obtener productos derivados de la chirimoya que sirven como materia prima para la comercialización y de esta manera ayudan al desarrollo socioeconómico de la parroquia. Para determinar el presupuesto y las ganancias se procedió a crear una tabla de valores en donde se establece el precio de cada producto para determinar cuánto del presupuesto se invertirá y cuánta ganancia se obtendrá en la producción de parfait, el objetivo del trabajo fue informar a la población de la parroquia Caracol que mediante el uso de la chirimoya en el hogar es posible generar ingresos económicos utilizando sus derivados, además del cultivo también se pueden obtener subproductos de los cuales se pueden obtener varios productos a partir de sus semillas y hojas. Las semillas de chirimoya contienen aceites que se utilizan en la elaboración de cosméticos y jabones. Las hojas de chirimoya tienen propiedades medicinales y se utilizan para tratar diversas enfermedades como diabetes, hipertensión y dolores de cabeza. Es importante recalcar que la mayoría de las familias pasan por un período donde no cuentan con un sustento económico muy estable por lo que tienen que buscar formas de mantenerse y llevar un bocado de comida a casa, es ahí donde esta innovadora producción de parfait de chirimoya ayudará a estas familias mejorando la economía y puede Incluso distribuirse en grandes supermercados.
