dc.description.abstractEl logo de una institución educativa desempeña un papel significativo en la construcción de su identidad y en la forma en que es percibida tanto interna como externamente. La Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo (UTB) es una institución de educación superior que cuenta con un logo que ha sido parte de su imagen institucional durante un tiempo considerable. La percepción que tiene la comunidad universitaria de este logo puede influir en su sentido de pertenencia, identificación con la institución y su reputación en el entorno académico y social. La importancia del presente estudio radica en querer mostrar la importancia de comprender cómo el logo de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo es percibido y qué significados se le atribuyen por parte de la comunidad universitaria. El logo puede tener implicaciones distintas en la gestión de la identidad institucional, de estar manera la comunicación y conexión entre la universidad y sus miembros se reforzara porque entenderemos a fondo cual es el significado que le quisieron dar a la imagen que representa a nuestra institución Además, puede proporcionar información valiosa para futuros esfuerzos de diseño y branding de la institución.es_ES
