dc.descriptionSolVision opticians is a company dedicated to the service of visual diagnostics and the sale of glasses and contact lenses with measurements, it is located in the city of Babahoyo. It has remained in the market despite the competitions that have caused a decrease in the positioning of its brand and has become problematic. For this reason, this case study has been carried out with the objective of creating a Strategic Marketing Plan to increase the positioning of the company's Brand. The Marketing strategies that must be carried out for the brand to be recognized are: Creation of a website, social networks (Facebook, Instagram), dissemination in WhatsApp groups, rolling advertising, billboards. The implementation of Digital Markerting will generate better communication and greater reliability with the company and its clients and will also provide a quick service when providing answers and concerns on its web pages. Through these social network links, the goal is for the customer to obtain more information about the products offered by the company and thus create loyalty in its customers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa óptica SolVision es una empresa dedicada al servicio de diagnósticos visuales y a la venta de gafas y lentes de contactos con medidas, se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Se ha mantenido en el mercado a pesar de las competencias que ha ocasionado una disminución en el posicionamiento de su marca y se ha convertido en una problemática. Por tal motivo se ha realizado este estudio de caso con el objetivo de realizar un Plan Estratégico de Marketing para incrementar el posicionamiento de la Marca de la empresa. Las estrategias de Marketing que se deben realizar para que la marca sea reconocida son: Creación una página web, redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram), difusión en grupos de WhatsApp, publicidad rodante, valla publicitarias. La implantación del Markerting Digital generara una mejor comunicación y mayor fiabilidad para con la empresa y sus clientes y también dar un servicio de rapidez en el momento de brindar respuestas e inquietudes en sus páginas web. A través de de estos enlaces de redes sociales se busca que el cliente obtenga mayor información de los productos que ofrece la empresa y así crear fidelidad en sus clienteses_ES
