dc.descriptionThe present case study called "marketing strategies of Grupo Óptico Gómez located in the canton of La Maná, period 2022". It is framed in the line of research Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management, and is oriented in the Marketing and Commercialization sub-line. Its objective is to analyze the marketing strategies that the Grupo Óptico Gómez located in the La Maná canton is applying, to innovate them and thus improve their profitability. In the development of this research, it was possible to identify which marketing strategies are being used by optics, and to detect which new implementations related to advertising would be in accordance with this type of business, which are represented by health specialists, and which additionally help the development of the company thus reaching its goals obtaining greater profitability. The present work was applied with the user experience research methods which allowed us to focus on the needs of customers to know their preferences, and the hypothetical deductive method that allows us to observe and create an argument about the data obtained. Additionally, the following research techniques were used: customer surveys and an interview with the optician's owner.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio denominado “estrategias de marketing del Grupo Óptico Gómez ubicado en el cantón La Maná, periodo 2022”. Se encuentra enmarcado en la línea de investigación Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control, y se orienta en la sub-línea Marketing y Comercialización. Tiene por objetivo analizar las estrategias de marketing que está aplicando el Grupo Óptico Gómez ubicado en el cantón La Maná, para innovarlas y así mejorar su rentabilidad. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se logró identificar que estrategias de mercadotecnia está utilizando la óptica, y detectar que nuevas implementaciones referentes a la publicidad serian acorde a este tipo de negocio, que son representados por especialistas de la salud, y que adicionalmente ayuden al desarrollo de la empresa alcanzando así sus metas obteniendo una mayor rentabilidad. El presente trabajo tuvo aplicación con los métodos de investigación experiencia de usuario el cual nos permitió concentrarnos en las necesidades de los clientes para conocer sus preferencias, y el método hipotético deductivo que nos permite observar y crear una argumentación acerca de los datos obtenidos. Adicionalmente se utilizaron como técnicas de investigación: las encuestas efectuadas a los clientes y una entrevista realizada a la propietaria de la óptica.es_ES
