dc.description | The purpose of this case study is to analyze the selection of personnel in the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government of the Palenque Canton using techniques and instruments to determine the shortcomings in the hiring of personnel, for which the root cause method was applied, allowing to determine the causes that affect the personnel selection process within the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Palenque. Through an interview, it was concluded that the causes that affect the work performance of employees were the following: The lack of diversity and inclusion policy in the workplace and that guarantee equal opportunities for all employees, the limited communication that old employees have with new employees entering the workforce, the scarcity of training programs where they can keep employees updated with information so they can serve citizens. in a more efficient way, which is why it is recommended to create training programs so that newly hired employees can know the activities that concern them in their job and older employees have the opportunity to update process information in all work areas. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad analizar la selección de personal en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Palenque mediante técnicas e instrumentos para conocer las falencias en la contratación del personal, para lo cual se aplicó el método causa raíz permitiendo determinar las causas que afectan el proceso de selección de personal dentro del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Palenque mediante una entrevista se pudo concluir que las causas que afectan el desempeño laboral de los empleados fueron las siguientes: La carestía de política de diversidad e inclusión en el lugar de trabajo y que garanticen la igualdad de oportunidades para todos los empleados, la escasa comunicación que tienen los empleados antiguos con los empleados nuevo que ingresa a laboral, la escasez de programas de capacitación en donde puedan tener actualizados a los empleados con información así ellos puedan atender a la ciudadanía de una manera más eficiente por lo que se recomienda crear programas de capacitación para los empleados recién contratados puedan saber las actividades que les compete en su puesto de trabajo y los empleados más antiguos tenga la oportunidad de actualizar información de proceso en todas las áreas de trabajo. | es_ES |
