| dc.description | The case study analyzed the way in which Guillermo Lasso managed to maintain good communication when there is a crisis, as well as how he faces the critical situation that is generated within his government. The results indicate that both the presidency of Guillermo Lasso and other presidents have had their own ways of communicating. What differentiates Guillermo Lasso from other presidents who led Ecuador is that his way of informing is more extensive, it is known that in the time before not everyone could get a television and the way for the people to learn about the situation of the country was through the radio and newspaper. Now in this year the form of communication is more extensive which allows to reach more people in real time by the use of electronic devices. In moments of crisis, the current president not only uses the Cadena Nacional, but also uses his different social networks to inform. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso analizó la forma en la que Guillermo Lasso logrado mantener una buena comunicación en el momento que hay una crisis, también, como afronta la situación crítica que se genera dentro de su gobierno. Los resultados indican que tanto la presidencia de Guillermo Lasso con la de otros mandatarios, han tenido sus formas de comunicar. Lo que diferencia a Guillermo Lasso de otros presidentes que lideraron el Ecuador es que su forma de informar es más extensa, se sabe que en el tiempo de antes no todas las personas podían obtener un televisor y la manera de que el pueblo se entere de la situación del país era a través de la radio y periódico. Ahora en este año la forma de comunicación es más extensa lo que permite llegar a más personas en tiempo real por la utilización de dispositivos electrónicos. En los momentos de crisis el presidente actual no solo hace uso de la Cadena Nacional, sino que también utiliza sus diferentes redes sociales para informar. Además, el proyecto contempla la importancia de la transparencia y la honestidad en la comunicación, reconociendo que durante momentos de crisis es crucial establecer una relación de confianza con la población y transmitir información precisa y verificada. | es_ES |
