| dc.description | This case study aims to answer the following research question: What is the social impact of tourist food and beverage establishments in the Cantón Ventanas?, where its general objective is to analyze the social impact of these tourist food establishments and drinks in Cantón Ventanas, through which we will know if visitors feel safe when visiting these establishments. The methodology used in this case study is the mixed research approach because qualitative and quantitative techniques were used, for which the survey technique was adapted, which was applied to the inhabitants of the Cantón Ventanas and the interview with the owners of these businesses. Once the information was collected, the main results of the survey applied in this case study were obtained, which shows that of the 25 people surveyed, the entire population considers that social security is important in establishments, for the well-being and the tranquility. Of citizens when visiting or consuming the service offered. On the other hand, through the interviews carried out with the different tourist food and beverage establishments, it can be observed that the number of tourists that attend these establishments has decreased due to the social insecurity currently experienced by the Ventanas canton. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso busca dar respuesta a la siguiente pregunta de investigación ¿Cuál es el impacto social en los establecimientos turístico de alimentos y bebidas en el cantón Ventanas?, donde su objetivo general es analizar el impacto social de estos establecimientos turísticos de alimentos y bebidas del cantón Ventanas, por medio de lo cual conoceremos si los visitantes se sienten seguros al visitar estos locales. La metodología utilizada en el presente estudio de caso es el enfoque de investigación mixta porqué se utilizó técnicas cualitativa y cuantitativa por ende se adaptó la técnica de encuesta la cual fue aplicada a los habitantes del cantón Ventanas y la entrevista a los propietarios de estos negocios. Una vez recabada la información se obtuvo como principales resultado de la encuesta aplicada en el presente estudio de caso, la cual nos demuestra que de las 25 personas encuestadas, toda la población considera que es importante la seguridad social en los establecimientos, para el bienestar y tranquilidad de los ciudadanos al visitar o consumir el servicio ofrecido y por otro lado a través de la entrevista realizada a los diferentes establecimientos turísticos de alimentos y bebidas se puede observar que ha disminuido la concurrencia de turistas a estos locales debido a la inseguridad social que atraviesa en la actualidad el cantón Ventanas. | es_ES |
