| dc.description | The case study aims to answer the question: What is the volume of visitors to the Mayae Club Tourist Complex? Its main objective is to determine and analyze the number of visitors attending on weekends, as well as recommend visitor management strategies. It was done through descriptive research using, Observation technique, as an instrument (file) where data of square meters of each area of the tourist complex was collected, sampling for convenience from which the amount of approximately 300 visitors was obtained every weekend. The volume study was carried out through the load capacity formula (Cifuentes) to determine the influx you have in terms of, hours, maximum time, Set time. Through the results obtained, the load capacity that the Mayae Club Tourist Complex must have is 128.24 visitors. With respect to the management of visitor management through the results of the first two objectives, it was found and recommended to keep a record, control of how many people enter to be able to measure and provide a better service according to the properties of the company and understand the needs of the consumer are satisfactory to make them revisit the tourist complex. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso tiene como fin dar respuesta a la interrogante ¿Cuál es el volumen de visitantes que tiene el Complejo Turístico Mayae Club? Su objetivo principal es determinar y analizar el número de visitantes que asisten los fines de semana, así recomendar estrategias de manejo de visitantes. Se lo realizo por medio de la investigación descriptiva utilizando, Técnica de la observación, como instrumento (ficha) donde se recolecto datos de metros cuadrados de cada área del complejo turístico, muestreo por conveniencia de cual se obtuvo la cantidad de 300 visitantes aproximadamente cada fin de semana. Se realizó el estudio de volumen a través de la fórmula de capacidad de carga (Cifuentes) para determinar la afluencia que tiene en cuanto a, horas, tiempo máximo, Tiempo establecido. Mediantes los resultados obtenidos, la capacidad de carga que debe tener el complejo Turístico Mayae Club es de 128,24 visitantes. Con respecto al manejo de gestión de visitantes, los resultados arrojado por los dos primeros objetivos se constató y recomendó llevar un registro, control de cuantas personas ingresan para poder medir y brindar un mejor servicio de acuerdo a las propiedades de la empresa y entender las necesidades del consumidor sean satisfactorias para hacer que vuelvan a visitar el complejo Turístico. | es_ES |
