dc.descriptionThe present case study was conducted with the purpose of establishing the effect of attachment and self-esteem problems in a 16-year-old adolescent girl from the Unidad Educativa Particular Padre Daniel Diez García of the Simón Bolívar canton, with the objective of analyzing the effect of attachment on the self-esteem of the adolescent girl and modifying the symptoms that cause clinically significant discomfort and the training of social skills to improve her quality of life. For which information gathering techniques were used, such as psychoeducation, observation guide, use and filling out of the clinical history, use of psychometric tests, through a semi-structured interview, by means of which separation anxiety disorder was established as a diagnosis, so that her low self-esteem, emotional attachment, difficulties in establishing healthy emotional boundaries, Taking as a guideline the criteria provided by the DSM-V Manual and the ICD 10 Manual, a psychotherapeutic intervention scheme was implemented with the child, taking into consideration that the evolution of her disorder is directly related to the work and constancy with which the cognitive behavioral techniques are carried out at home and in the educational institution she attends.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó con el propósito de establecer el efecto de los problemas de apego y autoestima de una adolescente de 16 años de la Unidad Educativa Particular Padre Daniel Diez García del cantón Simón Bolívar, con el objetivo de analizar el efecto del apego en la autoestima de la adolescente y modificar los síntomas que causan malestar clínicamente significativo y el entrenamiento de habilidades sociales para mejorar su calidad de vida. Para lo cual se emplearon técnicas de recolección de información, tales como psicoeducación, guía de observación, empleo y llenado de la historia clínica, utilización de test psicométricos, a través de una entrevista semi estructurada, por medio de las cuales se estableció como diagnostico el Trastorno de ansiedad por separación, de manera que su baja autoestima, apego emocional, dificultades para establecer límites emocionales sanos, exceso de energía e incapacidad para controlar sus impulsos estaban causando un deterioro en su desempeño social y escolar, tomando como pauta los criterios proporcionados por el Manual DSM-V y el Manual CIE 10 seguido se ejecutó un esquema de intervención psicoterapéutica teniendo en consideración que la evolución de su trastorno se relaciona directamente con el trabajo y constancia con que se lleven a cabo las técnicas cognitivo conductuales en el hogar y en la institución educativa a la que asiste.es_ES
