| dc.description | Alterations in the sexual area are a problem that turns out to be very uncomfortable and significant for the person who suffers from it. Alterations in the sexual area can be caused by biological or psychological alterations. In this case, the consumption of a specific substance was the cause of this problem. Because this substance is considered a vasoconstrictor, it significantly affects the patient's sexual performance when consumed. On the other hand, the repetitive consumption of the patient affects not only the sexual part but also the psychological area, producing delusions, hallucinations and, in the social part, family and work problems. The intervention was carried out strategically, dividing it into two parts: the psychodiagnostic process and the psychotherapeutic process. They served to have knowledge about the alteration that was presenting as well as the application of psychological tests as reinforcement to reach the diagnosis. For the part of the psychotherapeutic approach, it was decided to use the transtheoretical model of change, which is made up of stages, processes and levels of change, which allows us to identify at what level of change the patient is and what actions must be carried out to motivate the change. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Las alteraciones en el área sexual son una problemática que resulta ser muy incómodo y significativo para la persona que lo padece. Las alteraciones en el área sexual se pueden dar por alteraciones biológicos o psicológicas. En este caso se el consumo de una sustancia especifica era la causa de esta problemática. Debido a esta sustancia se considera vasoconstrictora afecta significativamente en el desempeño sexual del paciente cuando este la consume. Por otra parte, el consumo repetitivo del paciente afecta no solo la parte sexual sino también al área psicológica produciéndole delirios, alucinaciones y en la parte social problemas familiares y laborales. La intervención se llevó a cabo de manera estratégica dividiendo esta en dos partes: el proceso de psicodiagnóstico y el proceso psicoterapéutico. Sirvieron para tener conocimiento sobre la alteración que estuvo presentando como también la aplicación de test psicológicos como refuerzo para llegar al diagnóstico. Para la parte del enfoque psicoterapéutico se decidió utilizar el modelo transteórico de cambio que se compone de estadios, procesos y niveles de cambio lo cual nos permite identificar en qué nivel de cambio se encuentra el paciente y que acciones se deben de realizar para motivar el cambio. | es_ES |
