In order to work with this patient, psychoeducation was started, then the tests were applied and as a next step, psychotherapy was applied through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with the objective of modifying negative thoughts, understanding that it is your thoughts that create feelings, that you can differentiate what your thoughts are from the real facts and something that was also necessary for you to understand is what can happen in the event that depression advances and then brings consequences in your pregnancy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo el analizar como la depresión en una joven de 22 años de edad en estado de gestación puede afectar tanto en su autoestima, como en su estado emocional, en su interés por sus actividades diarias y en las relaciones interpersonales que mantiene con sus familiares. Ante esta problemática se utilizaron diversas técnicas e instrumentos como: la observación clínica, entrevista clínica, historia clínica, los test aplicados como: Escala de Hamilton para la Depresión, Inventario de Depresión de Beck y la Escala de Hamilton para la Ansiedad, los cuales tenían como función corroborar el diagnostico presuntivo del profesional para así luego llegar a un diagnostico asertivo, el cual fue Trastorno de Depresión Moderada según los criterios diagnósticos del CIE-10. Cabe destacar que existieron diversos factores influyentes en la paciente como los problemas dentro de su hogar, el no poder realizar todas las actividades necesarias e incluso, los cambios hormonales por los que estaba atravesando debido al embarazo. Para poder trabajar con dicha paciente se inició con la Psicoeducación, luego se aplicaron los test y como siguiente paso se procedió a aplicar la psicoterapia por medio de la Terapia Cognitivo Conductual (TCC), teniendo como objetivo el modificar los pensamientos negativos, que comprenda que son sus pensamientos los que crean sentimientos, que pueda diferenciar lo que son sus pensamientos de los hechos reales y algo que también fue necesario que comprendiera es lo que puede suceder en caso de que la depresión avance y luego traiga consecuencias en su embarazo.es_ES
