| dc.description | This case study has as its theme sexual abuse and its incidence on mental health in a 20-year-old woman from the Quinindé canton, which arises as a result of the concern of a female person who for a long time has been suffering from worrisome problems. Such as negative thoughts about herself, concentration problems, feelings of sadness, inferiority, guilt, among other signs and symptoms, caused by the sexual violence that she has been tolerating from some relatives and acquaintances since her childhood. Through this case study, we seek to determine sexual abuse and its incidence on mental health in a 20-year-old woman from the Quinindé canton in order to inquire about the problem and implement the appropriate techniques and tools to handle this case. Various diagnostic assessment methods were used to collect data and information, such as the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the Beck Depression Inventory, for post-assessment of the patient's problems, and the medical history as a tool, as it describes all the patient's conditions, as well as the data on them and their pathological history. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso tiene como tema el abuso sexual y su incidencia en la salud mental en una mujer de 20 años del cantón Quinindé, la cual surge a raíz de la inquietud de una persona de género femenino la cual durante mucho tiempo vine padeciendo problemáticas preocupantes como pensamientos negativos de sí mismo, problemas de concentración, sentimientos de tristeza, inferioridad, culpabilidad, entre otros signos y síntomas, provocado por la violencia sexual que ha venido tolerando por parte de algunos familiares y conocidos desde su etapa de niña. Por medio de este caso de estudio se busca determinar el abuso sexual y su incidencia en la salud mental en una mujer de 20 años del cantón Quinindé con el fin de indagar sobre la problemática e implementar las debidas técnicas y herramientas para llevar este caso. Se realizaron varios métodos de evaluación de diagnóstico para recopilar datos e información, como la Escala de Ansiedad de Hamilton y el Inventario de Depresión de Beck, para realizar la evaluación posterior de los problemas de la paciente y la historia clínica como herramienta, ya que describe todos los padecimientos de la paciente, así como los datos sobre los mismos y su historial patológico. | es_ES |
