| dc.description | The elaboration of this case study was carried out with the objective of determining the incidence of family abandonment in an adult older than 85 years of the Ventanas canton of the province of Los Ríos. To carry out this case study, different techniques and instruments were applied, such as the interview, the clinical history, the observation, and psychometric tests such as the Hamilton anxiety test, which was used to measure the level of anxiety of the patient and the Beck's depression test that was used to measure depression, in addition, cognitive behavioral techniques such as cognitive restructuring were used. It should be noted that the methodology used to carry out this case study was qualitative and focused on studying variables such as abandonment familiar and is emotional state, for the fulfillment of the objective a psychotherapeutic scheme made up of 7 sessions that contributed positively to overcoming the symptoms was carried out. Through the exploration of the mental state, the interview and the entire psychodiagnostic process, a structural diagnosis was determined, which is Major depressive disorder with moderate-severe anxiety 296.33, diagnosis based on the DSM-5. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La elaboración del presente estudio de caso se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia del abandono familiar en una adulta mayor de 85 años del cantón Ventanas de la provincia de Los Ríos. para la realización de este estudio de caso se aplicaron diferentes técnicas e instrumentos, como la entrevista , la historia clínica, la observación, y test psicométricos como el test de ansiedad de Hamilton que se utilizó para medir el nivel de ansiedad de la paciente y el test de depresión de Beck que se utilizó para medir le depresión, además se utilizaron técnicas cognitivo conductual como la reestructuración cognitiva .Cabe recalcar que la metodología utilizada para la realización de este estudio de caso fue cualitativa y se enfocó en estudiar las variables como el abandono familiar y es estado emocional ,para el cumplimiento del objetivo se realizó un esquema psicoterapéutico conformado por 7 sesiones que aportaron positivamente para la superación de la sintomatología . Mediante la exploración del estado mental, la entrevista y todo el proceso psicodiagnóstico se determinó un diagnóstico estructural que es Trastorno depresivo mayor con ansiedad moderada – severa 296.33, diagnóstico basado en el DSM-5. | es_ES |
