dc.descriptionThe case study was carried out with the purpose of determining and analyzing the factors that are affecting the job satisfaction of the collaborators of the BERSADYL cabinetry, literally settling with the degree of conformity of the collaborator with respect to their environment and working conditions, due to which is directly related to the smooth running of the company and the quality of work. Through the methodology and implementation of technical instruments, relevant and timely information was obtained in order to reach the consequences of the investigative work; such as the interview carried out with the owner of the joinery and surveys of the 12 collaborators, allowing to identify the main causes that are affected by job satisfaction due to the general attitudes that the collaborators present towards their work, in this case the investigation shows that the employees present a disagreement over remuneration, demotivation, insufficient work tools, safety and health for employees. In the progress process of this study, the activities carried out by the company BERSADYL are exposed, the factors that promote the business are detailed and the topics are intensified with pertinent definitions that help to have a clear and argumentative vision of the investigative activities. Finally, it was exposed that the level of satisfaction of the collaborators is presented by the remuneration, demotivation, insufficient work tools, safety and health unfavorable for good work performance where the author suggests that a performance evaluation should be carried out to define what are the annual goals to achieve in terms of experiences, productivity, attitude, efficiency and capabilities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se lo realizo con la finalidad de determinar y analizar los factores que están afectando la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de la ebanistería BERSADYL, asentándose literalmente con el grado de conformidad del colaborador respecto a su entorno y condiciones de trabajo, debido a que está directamente relacionado con la buena marcha de la empresa y la calidad de trabajo. Por medio de la metodología e implementación de instrumentos técnicos se obtuvo información relevante y oportuna para así llegar a las consecuencias del trabajo investigativo; como la entrevista realizada a el propietario de la ebanistería y encuestas a los 12 colaboradores, permitiendo identificar las causas principales que están afectado la satisfacción laborales por las actitudes generales que presentan los colaboradores a su trabajo, en este caso la investigación muestran que los empleados presenta una inconformidad por la remuneración, desmotivación, insuficiencia de herramientas de trabajo, seguridad y salud para los colaboradores. En el proceso de avance de este estudio se exponen las actividades que ejecuta la empresa BERSADYL, se detallan los factores que se promueven el negocio y se intensifica los temas con definiciones pertinente que ayuda a tener una visión clara y argumentativa sobre las actividades investigativa. Para finalizar se expuso que el nivel de satisfacción de los colaboradores, se presenta por la remuneración, Desmotivación, insuficiencia de herramientas de trabajo, seguridad y salud poco favorable para el buen desempeño laboral donde el autor surgiere que se debe realizar una evaluación de desempeño para definir cuáles son las metas anuales a alcanzar en cuanto a experiencias, productividad, actitud eficiencia y capacidades.es_ES
